There was no all-encompassing solution which could manage all processes and workflows of Walnut School. There were multiple SaaS and other modules which had to be connected to each other bringing in a lot of overhead. The existing ERP system was custom built and was beginning to break apart. DevOps was becoming an increasing headache.

Benefits

Frappe brought in a whiff of fresh air with its low code / no code framework. ERPNext with its capabilities brought in more power. Customization could be quick. Enhanced configurability meant the users of the system could create and maintain the system largely by themselves without great developer support.
